Space City was born in the pandemic through blood, sweat, and tears. When the world stopped, we went to work to create a gym with an incredible, supportive, and unique atmosphere. We believe in complete health and wellness, positive mindsets, building relationships with our community, teamwork, and HARD WORK!

Family/Minority/Veteran Owned and Operated. We run our business with a love & family core model. Our commitment to providing the best possible gym in Houston is what motivates us. Our dedication to our people is what drives us. We have the best Team in town. We've been open for 4+ years with over 30 years of collective experience in the industry.
